FAQ

How to apply for registration of establishment engaged in Building and Other Construction activities under the Building and Other Construction Workers (RE & CS) Act, 1996 ?

  1. The User has to create his/her Login ID on the Department's Web Portal by Using his/her operational e-mail ID and password and fill the Basic Information Performa(BIP).
  2. After using his/her login ID , the user has to fill the Basic Information Performa(BIP).This performa contains all the basic information of the factory like address,workers,amount of power used,details of the occupier/manager,manufacturing process & declaration etc.

  3. Applicant has to fill Form 1 for registration certificate

  4. The system at these steps shows the calculation of fee and enables you to make the payment of the balance fee online using Debit/Credit cards.

  5. Applicant has to fill the form where he/she has to provide details of  commencement

  6. Applicant has to fill Form 1 CESS rules.

How to apply for registration under the Contract Labour (Regulation &Abolition ) Act, 1970 ?

  • The user already registered under the Shop Act can easily apply by logging in to their id. An the top of the dashboard, there is an option of “Contract Labour”. Click on it and Contract Labour form will appear. Follow the following steps:-
  • Establishment/Shop can register for RC.
  • Principal Employer has to add contractor who is registered under Shop Act in Haryana and outside Haryana.
  • Principal Employer will activate the Form 5 for each contractor after getting the approval from the Haryana Labour Department.
  • contractor (Register under Shop Act) can apply for fresh license by clicking on link sent by the Principal Employer.
  • Shop owner has to fill Form 5 and apply for license.
  • Shop owner has to pay the fee which is automatically calculated based on no. of employees.
  • contractor can pay the fee through online payment mode or treasury challan.
  • Renewal is on annual basis.

How to apply for license/ renewal under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 ?

  • Applicant has to use his/her existing login ID created at the time of registeration under Factory Act/Shop Act
  • Establishment/shop can register for RC
  • Principal Employer has to add contractor which is registered under Shop Act in Haryana and outside Haryana
  • Principal Employer will activate the Form 5 for each contractor after getting the approval from the Haryana Labour Department
  • contractor (Register under Shop Act) can apply for fresh license by clicking on link sent by Principal Employer
  • Shop owner has to fill Form 5 and apply for license
  • Shop owner has to pay the fee which is automatically calculated  based on the no. of employees
  • contractor can pay the fee through online payment mode or treasury challan
